Agfa Graphics to Demonstrate New Products and Solutions at drupa.
Agfa Graphics announced today its line-up of new products and solutions that will be on display at the Agfa stand (Hall 8a – B63) during the international trade fair in Düsseldorf, Germany, 29 May-11 June. The announcement was made at Agfa’s pre-drupa press conference in Belgium where more than 85 graphic arts journalists from around the world gathered to hear about Agfa’s expanded product line for its four major market segments: commercial printing, packaging printing, newspaper industry, and sign & display market.

Agfa's New Thermal Imaging CtP Solutions to Debut in Düsseldorf.
Agfa Graphics announced today that it will introduce the :Avalon N system of Computer-to-Plate (CtP) imaging engines at drupa 2008. The new, powerful, thermal CtP engines are available in 8-up and VLF formats with a variety of plate sizes and plate-per-hour capabilities. The platesetters will be commercially available at drupa where they will be demonstrated for the first time. drupa, the worldwide graphic communications trade fair, will be held 29 May through 11 June in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Agfa's New Chem-Free Thermal Digital Plate Features Substantial Increase in Throughput.
Agfa Graphics announced today that it has made a further upgrade to its market leading and environmentally friendly :Azura thermal CtP plate system. The new :Azura TS, which offers higher throughput — in some cases as much as 50% — and sharper contrast, will be shown at drupa 2008, the worldwide graphic communications trade fair in Düsseldorf, Germany, 29 May-11 June.

Agfa to Debut Advanced New Pressroom Supplies at Düsseldorf Trade Show.
Agfa Graphics announced today that it will introduce two new CtP plate care products designed to improve and protect plate performance. The two new solutions, Agfa CtP Plate Cleaner and Agfa ANTURAfount AFS1 fountain solution additive, will be presented at drupa, the industry-renowned trade show in Düsseldorf, Germany, 29 May-11 June.
