Agfa Graphics Dotrix Modular, adds in line sheet cutting to the production process
Agfa Graphics at LabelExpo in Brussels (September 23-26), shares floor space with the UK based flexo press manufacturer Edale Ltd. In an earlier announcement both companies unveiled a strategic alliance. As a result of the partnership, Agfa Graphics and Edale have developed an inline converting cutter module. It was launched at "Print" in Chicago (September 11-16) and LabelExpo. This converting unit, offered as an optional module to the :Dotrix Modular single pass UV press, completes the Agfa Graphics value proposition for the packaging industry.

Agfa's High Speed Digital Press, the :Dotrix Modular, prints with Extended Colors
Agfa Graphics today announced the extended color gamut on its :Dotrix Modular single pass digital inkjet press. At Label Expo '09, visitors will see samples printed with the extended 6-color UV curable ink jet inks.
