Changes in distribution channels in Greece, Poland and Scandinavia for aerial films, paper and chemistry
As a result of the changes of the internal organization of the Agfa-Gevaert Group, Aerial products are now part of the Materials division.
The Materials' division is headquartered at Agfa-Gevaert NV in Belgium and incorporates the production of any kind of film related materials and the commercial business in specialty foils and components, identification cards and systems as well as a range of traditional films like motion picture films, PCB films, microfilm and aerial film.
Due to this structural change the existing traditional distribution organization has been assigned to either the graphic or the medical division of the Agfa-Gevaert Group. The distribution of the material division commercial products has been re-shaped into a model closer to B2B.
This means that for some countries - although most of the time, the field contact persons remain the same - the ordering, logistic and support structure may differ.
"Brian Maginnity" as full aerial dealer for Poland and Greece.
Brian Maginnity is a specialized company on Aerial advisory, training and sales of Agfa aerial products already representing Agfa as an agent, dealer or exporter in many parts of the world. Brian Maginnity's protofolio comprises a wide assortment of hard- and software needed for image acquisition, film processing and image enhancement.
For Poland, Brian Maginnity has been active as an agent for Agfa Poland in the past. From January 1st, 2007, Brian Maginnity will be a full dealer of Agfa-Gevaert NV.
For Greece, Brian Maginnity has been active as an agent for Agfa Greece in the past. From January 1st, 2007, Brian Maginnity will be a full dealer of Agfa-Gevaert NV.

Scanatron Imaging was created as a branch of Scanatron International. Scanatron International has been active for decades in the aerial and mapping market in selling and servicing Scanatron dodger printers. Agfa-Gevaert NV has a long standing relationship with Scanatron and therefore trusts the aerial sales business is in safe and knowledgeable hands.
Scanatron Imaging operates as full dealer for Agfa aerial products from January 1st. This covers the countries of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland.
